The duration of this Agreement shall be for two (2) years from the Effective Date. Broker agrees to compensate Associate One Hundred Percent (100%) of any commissions due to Broker concerning any real estate-related transaction procured by Associate. Broker shall compensate the commission fees to Associate within 5 business days upon Broker’s receipt of such fee from the client. Under this Plan A, Associate shall pay the sum of $720.00 to Broker upon the execution of this Agreement.

The duration of this Agreement shall be for one (1) year from the Effective Date. Broker agrees to compensate Associate One Hundred Percent (100%) of any commissions due to Broker concerning any real estate-related transaction procured by Associate. Broker shall compensate the commission fees to Associate within 5 business days upon Broker’s receipt of such fee from the client. Under this Plan B, Associate shall pay the sum of $480.00 to Broker upon the execution of this Agreement.

The duration of this Agreement shall be for one (1) year from the Effective Date. Broker agrees to compensate Associate One Hundred Percent (100%) of any commissions due to Broker concerning any real estate-related transaction procured by Associate. Broker shall compensate the commission fees to Associate within 5 business days upon Broker’s receipt of such fee from the client. Under this Plan C, Associate shall pay the total sum of $720.00 to Broker in installments as follows: The sum of $360.00 shall be due upon the execution of this Agreement; the second and final installment payment of $360.00 shall be due within six (6) months after the Effective Date.

The duration of this Agreement shall be for one (1) year from the Effective Date. Broker agrees to compensate Associate One Hundred Percent (100%) of any commissions due to Broker concerning any real estate-related transaction procured by Associate. Broker shall compensate the commission fees to Associate within 5 business days upon Broker’s receipt of such fee from the client. Under this Plan D, Associate shall pay the total sum of $840.00 to Broker in installments as follows: The sum of $210.00 shall be due upon the execution of this Agreement; the second installment payment of $210.00 shall be due within four (4) months after the Effective Date; the third installment payment of $210.00 shall be due within seven (7) months after the Effective Date; and the fourth and final installment payment of $210.00 shall be due within ten (10) months after the Effective Date.

The duration of this Agreement shall be for one (1) year from the Effective Date. Broker agrees to compensate Associate One Hundred Percent (100%) of any commissions due to Broker concerning any real estate-related transaction procured by Associate. Broker shall compensate the commission fees to Associate within 5 business days upon Broker’s receipt of such fee from the client. Under this Plan D, Associate shall pay the total sum of $960.00 to Broker in installments as follows: Associate shall pay the monthly sum of $80.00 to Broker commencing upon the execution of this Agreement and on the first of each month thereafter for the next 11 consecutive months until fully paid.
